Brieg
Clodore

Les Demains dans la Terre
Rivolet, Beaujolais

Breton agronomist turned Beaujolais rebel. Since 2018, Brieg has been farming 2 hectares of organic Gamay and Chardonnay in southern Beaujolais with zero compromise—proving that a master's degree from Dijon and a punk ethos can coexist beautifully.

Originally from Brittany's coast, Brieg Clodoré brought his agronomic expertise to Rivolet after studying at the IUVV de Dijon. He's part of the dynamic new wave redefining Beaujolais natural wine, balancing scientific precision with a fierce commitment to non-intervention. A key member of Team Sud Bojo Bio, he's become known for wines of startling clarity and finesse that rival the region's established legends.

Hand Harvest

No pesticides, no herbicides, no shortcuts. Just manual labor and intimate knowledge of each parcel. The kind of farming that requires rubber boots and patience.

"A genuinely lovely Beaujolais Blanc... retains the faint marshmallow note common to the region, but pinned to bristling CO2 and muscular build."
— Aaron Ayscough, Not Drinking Poison

The Wines

Beaujolais Blanc

Two years aging in barrel with no débourbage. Faint marshmallow notes meet bristling CO2, muscular build, and saline tension. A white that rivals top Mâconnais.
