Part 2: Sunday 8 November 2026, 11:00 — 19:00, same venue. All profits from VinNatur events are donated to fund research projects that benefit winemakers.

The Biggest Tasting Yet
On Sunday 25 October we take over Hotel de Goudfazant for a day for our biggest tasting ever: 35 winemakers come to the Netherlands. Two years ago we organised the first edition, and it left us wanting more — so this time we're going even bigger. A curated chance to taste much of our range in one place.
Winemakers' Dinner
We close the day with a grand winemakers' dinner at long tables. Hotel de Goudfazant prepares a special four-course menu (vegetarian option available), served from 18:00 — €55 per person. Wines are available through Bolomey Wijnbar, where the bar will be filled to the rafters with gems from our portfolio.
For the Horeca
This year there's a dedicated time slot for professionals from 10:00 to 13:00. Can't taste everything in that window? You're welcome to stay longer. Please order a (free) RSVP ticket via the website or by email so we know you're coming.

A Benevolent Invasion
On the Grand'Place, Lille's Déesse has never bowed her head — crown of towers atop her, she has always faced down the invader, firebrand in hand. On Monday 2 November 2026, she lays down her arms… to raise a glass with our Savoyard Yéti, come down from the Alps as ambassador. The Pétavins crew is taking over the Bazaar St So for one day of organic Alpine wine.
Taste, Meet, Miam
Taste with organic estates from Savoie, Haute-Savoie and Isère; meet the winemakers behind them; and snack generously Savoyard between pours. A convivial day among professionals passionate about authentic wines — a chance to discover the richness and diversity of Alpine organic wine and build new collaborations.
For the Wine Trade
The tasting is reserved for professionals: cavistes, restaurateurs, sommeliers, agents, importers and wholesalers. Come meet the people who put the Alps in a bottle — à très bientôt, from the Pétavins team.

ΦΥΣΙΚΑ FYSIKA
A Celebration for Wine Lovers
A day dedicated to Greek natural wine. Taste over 300 wines made with minimal or no intervention from 50 Greek winemakers. Organic, biodynamic, pure, environmentally friendly, and above all — delicious.
What to Expect
- 300+ wines to taste in one day
- 50 Greek winemakers — small wineries and producers
- Minimal or no intervention — organic and biodynamic practices
- Few or no additives — pure, clean wine
- Environmentally friendly — sustainable methods that respect the land
Philosophy
We are deeply passionate about Greek vineyards and the people who work in any capacity to promote them. ΦΥΣΙΚΑ FYSIKA highlights Greek wines from small wineries and producers who practice sustainable methods that respect the land, the environment, and people — but above all, it aims to showcase truly exceptional wine.
In addition to being a day dedicated to wine, ΦΥΣΙΚΑ FYSIKA has created a community of people who produce, drink, love, or are involved in any way with wine grown in a clean environment, free from additives, synthetic fertilizers, and pesticides, where plants and the earth flourish.
We believe that by bringing together people who share common values, our efforts are combined, and a better world — both in the wine industry and beyond — becomes a reality.

Salon! Salon! Salon!
Salon! Salon! Salon! is a celebration of the Bay Area wine scene.
There are so many incredible small importers, producers, shops, restaurants and wine people doing great work here, and San Francisco has been missing an event that brings all of that energy together in one place.
So we decided to make one.
On Sunday, November 15, we’re taking over Saint Joseph’s Art Society for an afternoon of wine, people, music, conversation, and a whole lot of very good bottles.
Expect a mix of local producers, small importers, visiting winemakers and some of our favorite people from around the Bay Area wine world.
Tickets are on sale now. More producers, pours and details coming soon.

The Wine Revolution
The Wine Revolution 2026
9th Edition — TWR2026
The story of Finisterrae Riomaggiore begins in 2015, with the first recovery of a vineyard destroyed by fire. The first wine production came in 2020 — 420 bottles of Cinque Terre DOC, crafted with great care from two vineyards on the slopes of Costa Novale. Today production has grown to around 2,000 bottles a year. Care, cultivation, vine maintenance, and love for the territory are the soul of this heroic small reality.
The 2026 producer list will be available from late September. Below is the producer list from the past edition.

Philosophy
RAW WINE advocates transparency. We believe any manipulations and additives used in the making of a wine should be clearly mentioned so that you, as the drinker, know exactly what is in your glass.
RAW WINE is unprocessed. It is about truth, authenticity, and frank wine talking — but most of all it is about showcasing really good wine. Pure, kind to the planet, and probably better for your health.

A Bit of History & Context
The fair was founded by Jérôme Majeune (of the legendary Domaine Peyra) and Emmanuel Chavassieux. It began with just 10 small natural wine producers, all from Auvergne and working without additives. Over the years it has grown significantly — the 2024 edition (the 21st) welcomed around 60 winemakers from across France (plus one Italian), along with distillers, cheesemakers, charcutiers, and cutlers

Never Stop Learning
VinNatur is a formative association for emerging young winemakers — and for those who may have experience on their shoulders but who know that you never actually stop learning. Attending a VinNatur fair means sharing the same passion for learning and discovering new things.
Each of the VinNatur winemakers has a different story to tell, but there is one common theme — the desire to put the terroir of their homeland into a wine bottle, while making as little impact as possible on the environment and making a wine that is authentic and alive.
Before the Buzzwords
VinNatur was founded in 2006, but many of our members have been making wine in this way for far longer — long before terms such as "regenerative agriculture" or "natural wine" became trendy. Natural wine is at the forefront of the sustainable food and beverage movement: by choosing natural wines, you're supporting small, eco-conscious producers who prioritize environmental health and biodiversity.
Come to our event and taste 200 different wines made by growers in Italy, Slovenia, Spain and Austria. Walk around, sip, spit, discuss, learn.
Trade Accreditation & Importers
Wine trade professionals (retail, restaurant, wine bar) can purchase discounted tickets through Eventbrite — you'll be asked for your company name and role after check-out. Wine journalists: get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.
Importers and distributors in the USA, Canada, Mexico or further afield are offered two free tickets upon completion of a registration form — the form closes one week before the event, so get in quick.
Masterclasses
Four seminars, each limited to just 15 people — rare, face-to-face learning opportunities with seasoned natural wine experts. From sustainable farming to fermentation techniques, you'll leave with knowledge that deepens your appreciation of these wines. Reserve your place as soon as tickets are available on Eventbrite, together with your entry ticket.
Exhibiting Winemakers
List coming soonExhibitor List to Be Announced
The official list of participating winemakers will be published on vinnatur.org ahead of the event. Check back soon — this directory will be updated with full producer profiles as soon as the list is released.
Volver Volver
Volver Volver 2027 returns to Mexico City for its fifth edition! 🍷
This January 17th and 18th, we open our doors to producers from more than eight countries around the world—bringing their wines, their stories, and a piece of their land in every bottle. They come to share years of work, tradition, and terroir, and to tell you everything that lies behind each pour.
As always, the fair will feature over 200 labels to taste, alongside the finest culinary offerings. Two days to wander from table to table, discover producers you may not yet know, and reunite with old favorites.
Location and ticket sales will be announced very soon. Stay tuned.

NACHBARN WINE FESTIVAL
NACHBARN WINE FESTIVAL
First Austro-Moravian Wine Festival
A gathering of 20 winemakers from both sides of the border who share a similar philosophy: organically grown grapes, spontaneous fermentation, and minimal intervention. A festival of wine, dialogue, and cross-border cooperation.
The Idea
To bring together winemakers from both sides of the border who see winemaking through a similar lens. They work with organically grown grapes, ferment their musts spontaneously, and do not use any enhancers except SO₂.
Deeper Motivation
It has been almost four decades since the fall of the Iron Curtain. Despite freedom and democracy on both sides of the border, there are still topics that remain unsaid and unresolved. It is precisely the cooperation of the young generation of winemakers that can be a good start to resolving the painful points of history.

Salon des vins libres
Salon des Vins Libres 2026
EARL Herzog, Mittelbergheim, Alsace
Eighteen years after its founding, the Salon des Vins Libres remains inseparable from the four names that started it all: Binner, Frick, Meyer and Schueller. What began as an Alsace-focused gathering has grown into an international touchstone for zero-input wine — still rooted in the idyllic Jardin du Biotope in Mittelbergheim.
The 2026 programme promises a festive, cross-border line-up: breweries, cideries, vinegar makers, oil mills and distilleries alongside vignerons from Italy, Spain, Germany and France. The setting is the same — the garden and courtyard of EARL Herzog on the Route d'Andlau — but the cast widens every year.
A salon where borders blur and the only rule is no additives.

Nouvelle Moselle
Nouvelle Moselle
Natural Wine Extravaganza of the Mosel
The Mosel has so much to offer. And it is waking up. Alongside a few old hands, more and more young people are making (natural) wines on the steep slopes of the Mosel out of deep conviction and fresh expertise. A new generation of wine that suits the Mosel perfectly, reflecting the character of the region in its own unique way.
Nouvelle Moselle is a tasting, a wine fair, and the natural wine event of the Mosel. With the term Extravaganza, we combine all of that and much more. On this day, regional producers complement the offerings of natural winemakers — anything goes, nothing is mandatory. A wonderful day devoted entirely to the new perspective of producing wines on the Mosel. With a unique atmosphere and vibe, rounded off by our special, individual cuisine on our wonderful terrace and in the vinotheque.
The Mosel Vinothek & Weinbar fills the blind spot of an adequate fair and tasting for the natural wines of the Mosel. And in 2026, for the 3rd time already. We are proud of that!

An event that is a deliberate antithesis to the industrial wine world: No mass production. No anonymous mega-producers. No glossy branding without soul. Instead, the focus is on artisanal, small-scale wineries that grow their own grapes, produce their own wines, and are deeply committed to sustainable viniculture.
