HokusPokus Winefest 2026
Hokus Pokus Winefest 2026 – a celebration of natural wine, stories, and energy found nowhere else.
The third annual edition is finally here! On Saturday, March 7, 2026, Prague transforms into the European capital of natural wine. This year, we gather in the mystical halls of the former Gabriel Loci monastery, a place whose atmosphere perfectly mirrors the spirit of the festival.
After two vibrant years in Ostrava, a new chapter awaits—bigger, bolder, and more colorful. The finest of Europe’s natural wine scene will once again come together in one place. Among the tables, you'll meet winemakers rewriting the rules—people creating wine in their own uncompromising way, with respect for nature and without filters.
🍾 What Awaits You
Unlimited tasting of all wines included in your ticket.
Dozens of wineries from Austria, France, Slovakia, Czechia, and beyond.
Legendary names such as Christian Tschida, Claus Preisinger, Zsolt Sütö (Strekov 1075), Milan Nestarec, Martin Vajčner, and many more emerging talents.
Specialty coffee, premium teas, great food, and honest beer to enrich your all-day experience.
Afterparty with the winemakers (included in the ticket) – expect music, spontaneity, and the free-spirited vibe that defines natural wine.
A festival glass and access to the HokusPokus wineshop featuring rare bottles, including archive treasures.
This festival isn’t about stiff halls and formal tastings. It’s about authenticity, encounters, and sharing. Our mission is to create a space where you can truly taste, enjoy, and discover—without crowds, without pretense, with deep respect for wine and for people.

La Chaussette
La Chaussette
La Chaussette is a collective of friends brought together by a shared love of natural wine. What began as dinners around a table—sharing bottles, food, and conversation—has grown into a project dedicated to bringing our favorite producers and importers to St. Louis.
We’ve walked the vineyards, broken bread with the winemakers, met their families, and seen firsthand the care and intention that go into every bottle. These are wines made with passion, respect for nature, and a deep sense of place. We believe in natural processes, simple food, and honest wines, and we’re excited to share them with our community.
Why “La Chaussette”?
La Chaussette means “the sock.” The name comes from our group blind tastings, where everyone brings a bottle covered with a sock. Together, we try to guess the country, region, grape variety (or varieties), vintage, and producer. Whoever comes closest earns the honor of removing the sock and revealing the bottle.
Beyond the game, the sock is a reminder not to take wine too seriously. It strips away labels and expectations, making wine more approachable and inclusive. We believe everyone deserves a seat at the table—and that’s what we love most about natural wine.

Pour Choices Wine Fair
Pour Choices Wine Fair returns this spring - new wines, new venue, new faces and old favourites - same Pour Choices spirit.
Join us on Saturday 18th April 2025, at Hackney Bridge in Hackney Wick, for a celebration of wine grown and made right here in the UK. Whether you’re deep into natural wine or just starting to explore, there’s something here for everyone.
We’re bringing together some of the UK’s most exciting winemakers and growers, alongside a handful of trailblazing fermenters - think cider, beer, sake and kombucha - for a day of tasting, talking and general good times. Meet the people behind the bottles, explore what they’ve been working on this year, and dip into our programme of workshops and talks.
We’ll also have a line-up of brilliant artisan food producers, plus DJs throughout the day.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Low-intervention wines from some of the UK’s most exciting winemakers and growers
Cider, beer, sake and kombucha producers pouring their latest releases
Guided tastings and proper conversations with the people behind the bottles
Talks and workshops exploring wine, farming, cheese and fermentation
Brilliant artisan food producers throughout the day
A Pour Choices tasting glass to keep
Five 25ml tasting tokens included with your ticket
A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere across each session
HOW IT WORKS
Your ticket includes a tasting glass and five 25ml tokens. Wander the room, meet producers, and exchange tokens for tasters of whatever catches your eye. Need more? You can buy extra tokens on the day.
There will also be a bottle shop if you want to take something home.
TICKET INCLUDES
Access to all workshops (register on the day)
Five 25ml tasting tokens
A branded tasting glass to keep

Texas hasn't had a natural wine fair since 2019. We're fixing that and throwing a salon and fête in true Texas fashion.
RODEO is happening April 19th in San Antonio. It's free for wineries to participate, and we're keeping it simple with a trade-only session in the morning, public fair in the afternoon, and a vendor party that evening. We’ll have the barbecue grills fired up and our favorite bands on the stage. This is going to be a fun one.
I know Texas might not be top of mind when you're planning your calendar, but I hope you consider it. This is the third largest wine market in the country, and the natural wine community here has grown a lot in the past few years. Texans are hungry for a fair like this.
I've been in Texas wine distribution and imports for nearly 20 years, and I've seen how thirsty Texans have become for wines that are made by people who love and respect the land as much as they do.
I hope you’ll join us. Registration info is below. Happy to answer any questions.

Raw Wine Tokyo
Come meet the growers and makers
RAW WINE is a two-day celebration of some of the best wine talent in the world. The fair presents one of the most exciting collections of fine, natural, low intervention organic and biodynamic wine and other drinks from around the world, all under one roof in Tokyo.
On arrival, you will receive a glass to take around the fair, where you will meet the makers, hear about their process and taste a range of their pours. All tastings are included with your ticket, so the opportunities for discovery are truly endless.
RAW WINE fairs are about empowering wine drinkers through real, informed choice. They’re about truth, authenticity and frank wine talking, but most of all, they’re about showcasing really good wine. We can’t wait to celebrate with you at the second edition of our fair in Japan.
Visiting the fair
RAW WINE Tokyo will take place on the 10th and 11th May 2026
Venue: TRC - Tokyo Ryutsu Center - Hall "F", 6-1-1 Heiwajima, Ota-ku, Tokyo 143-0006

Vella Terra
VELLA TERRA 2026: THE NATURAL WINE FAIR IN BARCELONA
An unmissable event for hospitality professionals, distributors, and importers in the natural wine sector.
Immerse yourself in a unique experience featuring over 500 natural and biodynamic wines from 82 exceptional wineries across 13 countries.
From the most iconic wine regions of Spain, France, and Italy, to the hidden gems of Slovakia, Georgia, Turkey, and Greece — each wine is certified and carefully selected to ensure authenticity and quality.
If you’ve ever had a disappointing experience with natural wine, you probably haven’t visited Vella Terra yet.
Here you’ll meet natural wine producers with decades of experience crafting wines without oenological additives, whose labels appear in the world’s finest Michelin-starred restaurants, alongside emerging wineries that know how to produce high-quality natural wines.
At our fair, you’ll meet the men and women behind the wineries, producers who craft their wines from their own organically, biodynamically, or regeneratively farmed grapes.
Once a year, they travel to Barcelona to share their finest vintages with us.
Vella Terra is the ideal meeting point for sommeliers, professionals, and natural wine enthusiasts eager to taste the best from each winery, connect with the producers behind every label, and discover the incredible diversity of regions represented at each edition.
Since 2016, our fair has brought together producers selected for the quality and transparency of their wines — all verified through analysis that meets our fair standards, equivalent to the recent French certification “Vin Méthode Nature.”
As the first and only independent and international natural wine fair in Spain, we welcome both established wineries already distributed in our country and those looking to enter the national and international market, finding here a true platform for growth.

📆 25 & 26 January 2026
📍 Nau Bostik, La Sagrera
🍷 Wines with no additives. Producers with no filters.
For two days, you’ll have the chance to taste wines made without additives, shortcuts, or disguises. Wines born from grapes and real vineyard work. Wines that evolve, provoke, and tell stories.
Nothing is hidden — speak directly with the producers, ask anything, and discover how each one interprets natural winemaking.
🧑🌾 No trends, no tricks, no sulfites.
This fair isn’t about trends or endless technical sheets. It’s about people, projects, and drinkable stories.
It’s about producers who respect the land, who work under the sun and the rain, and who stand behind every bottle from start to finish.
🍇 100% grapes, 0% makeup.

HokusPokus MiniWinefest BO
🍷 Hokus Pokus miniWinefest 2026 – BO!!! Edition (Ostrava)
Natural wine, raw energy, and a return to the roots.
After moving the main Hokus Pokus Winefest 2026 to Prague, we received a clear message from our Ostrava crew. We get it. And that’s exactly why we’re bringing Ostrava what it loves most – an intimate, authentic, straightforward event where wine is meant to be drunk, not endlessly talked about.
The Mini Winefest BO!!! Edition is here.
A raw, unmistakably Ostrava vibe – no glitter, no fuss. Just wine, great people, and pure atmosphere.
The festival takes place in the brand-new SKAUTSKA Foodmarket. Ten gastro spots will boost the flavors of natural wine straight to the heavens.
🍾 What to Expect:
– Unlimited tasting of all wines included with your ticket
– Smaller, focused lineup → more space for real conversations and deeper tasting
– 15 Moravian natural winemakers going all-in, no compromise
– Festival wine glass included
– Ten food vendors at Skautská
– The perfect event right before Dry February
– Pop-up HokusPokus wine shop
Why “BO!!! Edition”?
Because Ostrava deserves natural flavor, spontaneous style, and wine at its absolute best.
📅 When: Saturday, January 24, 2026, 13:00–19:00
📍 Where: Foodmarket Skautská, Ostrava–Poruba

La Parcelle
La Parcelle
La Parcelle is a one-of-a-kind international gathering celebrating women winemakers who champion organic and biodynamic practices.
Set in a warm, inviting atmosphere, the event offers a rare chance to meet these dedicated producers in an intimate and authentic environment, far from the traditional trade-show format.
At La Parcelle, tastings of wine, cider, beer, mead, and spirits are an invitation to explore craftsmanship at its finest. The salon embraces an egalitarian spirit where sincerity outweighs spectacle, encouraging meaningful conversations and genuine connections between makers and professionals.
What can you expect?
La Parcelle brings together natural wine producers from across Europe—women united by a shared commitment to sustainability and the preservation of artisanal winemaking.
These winemakers devote themselves to working in harmony with the land, rejecting industrial shortcuts in favor of patient, hands-on craftsmanship. The result is a collection of expressive, character-driven wines, each bottle telling its own story of heritage, dedication, and respect for nature.

A change of venue but the same atmosphere—still on the waterfront (this time along the Canal Saint-Martin) to make oenophile hearts flutter.
Almost the entire Iroma team will be there, and about ten friendly estates will once again be joining the celebration.
In the kitchen, Léa Fleuriot and Gonzo (formerly of Cadoret) will be serving delicious paninis all day long!
This year, we’ll also be showcasing a wide selection of cheeses sourced by Gabrielle.
