Theresa and Bernhard Liszt

are biodynamic growers, winemakers, and hosts based in Leithaprodersdorf in the Leithaberg region of Burgenland, Austria. Together they run a family-owned winery and manufactory where sustainable agriculture and handcrafted production are at the center of their work.

They farm approximately 6.5 hectares of vineyards biodynamically, dry-farmed and harvested entirely by hand. In the cellar, the wines ferment spontaneously with native yeasts and are made with minimal intervention, relying on gravity and time to shape wines that clearly express site and season.

Beyond wine, Theresa and Bernhard pursue a holistic agricultural approach that integrates farming, craft, and hospitality. Their estate includes free-range livestock, biodynamic grain cultivation, and in-house production of sourdough bread and charcuterie. A seasonal heuriger on the estate brings these elements together, offering regional food and wine rooted in tradition and place.

Their work reflects a deep commitment to biodynamic farming, artisanal production, and the unique limestone soils of the Leithaberg, resulting in wines and food that embody the character of Burgenland and its cultural heritage.
