EVOLUZIONE NATURALE 2027 — APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR WINEGROWERS 🌱

The 8th edition of Evoluzione Naturale is beginning to take shape.

On 24 and 25 January 2027, we return to Grottaglie, Puglia, for two days dedicated to artisan wine — to the territories, and to the people who choose, every day, to work in the vineyard and the cellar with consistency, respect for the Earth, and awareness.

🍇 Once again, the tasting tables will be at the heart of the event: a space built for direct exchange between winegrowers, industry professionals, and wine lovers.

👩‍🌾 For 2027, we will once again gather a deliberately limited group of producers from Italy and across Europe. This choice gives every winegrower, every wine, and every story the time and space it needs to be truly discovered.

🍷 Alongside the tasting tables: meetings, talks, and tasting workshops. And on 23 January, the traditional Fuori Salone kicks off the event, with venues across Grottaglie taking part.
