The "Pause Gourmande"
From 12:00 to 14:00, a buffet will be provided to accompany your tastings — the perfect pause between two glasses of living wine.

Since 2013, BIOTOP has championed organic, natural, living wines — AB certified as a minimum, agroecological practices, few or no sulphites, indigenous yeasts — as the wines of the future.
