For nearly four decades, the IPNC has brought together 70+ wineries from around the world for an immersive weekend of Pinot Noir. Among the featured producers, a growing contingent of natural and low-intervention winemakers are pouring their wines — bringing living, unfiltered expressions of Pinot to the Willamette Valley.

While the IPNC spans the full spectrum of Pinot Noir production, natural and low-intervention winemakers are increasingly part of the lineup — offering spontaneous fermentations, minimal sulfur, and unfiltered expressions of Pinot from Oregon, California, Burgundy, and beyond.
