Phare Ô Vins is the natural wine and fermented drinks salon of Phare Citadelle, the community arts venue (“tiers-lieu”) in Strasbourg’s Citadelle district. For its 5th edition, the fair brings together around 30 growers from across France for a deliberately festive format — tastings and encounters by day, concerts, a specially imagined meal and a ball by night. Wine is the excuse; the party is the point.
