Saamuri Natural Wine Salon — May 3, 2026
The fifth edition of the Saamuri Natural Wine Salon returns to Fabrika Tbilisi on May 3, 2026, hosted by Saamuri Wine Bar. This year’s salon will gather up to 40 small, natural wineries working exclusively with organic grapes and low-intervention methods
.
Confirmed & expected participants The full producer list for 2026 has not yet been published, but Lotus Eaters is confirmed to attend, alongside several dozen other small Georgian natural wine estates
. As in previous years, the lineup will also include international guests — winemakers from Turkey and Italy are expected to pour and share their experience
. Based on past editions, returning Georgian producers often include names such as Amali, Angura, Mzis Tvali, Menabde, Oda, Vintners & Vagabonds, Phesvebi, Samtavisi, Ilto’s Valley, Kiketi Farm Wine, and Freya’s Marani, though this should be treated as indicative rather than confirmed for 2026.
What’s being poured Guests can taste a wide range of natural wines from across Georgia, plus Georgian distillates and other artisanal drinks
