About the Salon
Salón Vinos Naturales is organized by the Asociación de Productores de Vinos Naturales (PVN) — the only nonprofit entity defending natural wine in Spain. It’s a direct meeting between producers and people interested in authentic natural wines: small growers farming without chemicals and vinifying without additives, making wines that express grape, territory and vintage. Around 50 producers from across Spain are expected at the 2026 edition.
