About Zero Zero
Zero Zero gathers winegrowers who choose to make wine from grapes alone — no added sulfites, nothing intervening between vine and glass. After editions in Mantua, the project arrives in Rome for a single-day salone at Circolo degli Illuminati in Ostiense: roughly 50 producers, free entry with registration, and a deliberately human format of tasting and conversation. The name says it all: zero zero — zero additives, zero compromise.
