Zero Zero (0,0) is a movement of winemakers who take full responsibility for their wine, from vineyard to bottle. These are winemakers who take risks every year.
In the Vineyard
They cultivate their own grapes directly — by ownership, lease, or management — maintaining real control of the agricultural work. Grapes grown without systemic products. Only organic agriculture and respect for the soil as a living organism.
In the Cellar
They personally vinify in their own facilities, without delegating and without corrective interventions.

Every bottle is the result of a real vintage, from a real territory, and of the direct work of those who put their name and their harvest on the line every year.
