La
Baladeuse
From Sulauze to Solo
Fanny Daher began her wine journey as assistant winemaker at Domaine Sulauze, working alongside her cousin Guillaume Lefevre. There, she absorbed the rhythms of biodynamic farming and natural winemaking in the sun-baked hills of Provence [^67^][^69^].
Her experience at Sulauze—where she learned from Guillaume's Corsican connections and biodynamic practices—led her to start her own venture as a micro-négociant, sourcing grapes from friends, family, and like-minded growers across the South [^67^][^83^].
The Wandering Cellar
"La Baladeuse" means "The Wanderer" or "The Stroller"—a name that perfectly captures Fanny's approach. She travels across Southern Rhône, Languedoc, and Provence, collecting tiny quantities of grapes from organic and biodynamic vineyards [^67^][^86^].
From Vincent Bremond's Luberon vineyards to organic properties in the Gard and Saint Julien les Martigues, she hand-harvests and transports fruit back to her cellar, creating wines that reflect the Mediterranean mosaic [^70^][^84^].

The Network
Sources from Vincent Bremond in Luberon, organic properties in Gard, and biodynamic growers across the South. All partners share commitments to sustainable farming—no certifications needed, just trust and shared philosophy [^67^][^73^].
The Method
Hand-harvested grapes, indigenous yeast fermentation, minimal sulfur (often none). Fiberglass tanks, careful transport to preserve quality. Whole cluster macerations, direct press for freshness [^67^][^78^].
The Style
Described as "a future cult natural producer" by critics. Wines that are fresh, crunchy, energetic, and distinctly Mediterranean—proving that Vin de France classification can produce soulful, terroir-driven expressions [^79^][^91^].
