Working as a négoce operation, they source organically grown grapes—primarily from small-scale farms in Alsace and across France—and craft expressive, low-intervention wines from their garage-style micro-cellar.

• Spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts

• Zero sulfur, no fining or filtration

• Grapes are harvested by hand, often co-fermented or macerated whole-cluster
