Assemblage Blanc - no doubt about it , a stunning wine , not made every year.
Grain Pinot - les Essert , The nicest of the Pinots in IMHO
and last but not least , the Malvoise , a Gain Noble , A lovely dessert wine in which Marie Thèrése is famous for.
Cheese
All the cheeses were fantastic , the stand out ones were the 32 month Gruyere ( caramel) from Maison Duttweiler.
Saffron Bread and the Sarrasin Biscuits from Stephane Rumpf.
