This Champagne is a blend of 80% from 2020 and 20% from a perpetual reserve. It boasts a fresh, spring-like aroma with abundant notes of red currants and yellow apples. The wine is full and ripe, complemented by a crisp orchard fruit acidity. It's an excellent choice for an aperitif . Notably, the label is dedicated to a retiring team member who has worked alongside Charles and his family for years.
