100% Favorita from biodynamically cultivated vineyards by Giorgio Barbero in Asti.
Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation with fully ripe grapes from young, semi-sloping vineyards. The process involves direct pressing for one-third of the grapes, while the remaining two-thirds undergo carbonic maceration for two weeks.
Aging: Approximately one year in old 300-liter barriques, with no added sulfites, filtration, or clarification.
