Description: This 100% Sylvaner cuvée benefited from skin maceration for nearly a month and a half, which explains its color slightly tinged with orange reflections. The vinification was carried out without added sulphites for nearly six months in concrete eggs.
Tasting note: On the nose, it delivers notes of tangerine, frangipane, gentian, white flowers and hints of ginger on the finish.
Recommended pairings: The palate surfs on beautiful bitters that will accompany a scallop carpaccio or a sea bream ceviche.
