SURFACE: 1 Hectare. SOIL: Acidic and poor granite arena.

CULTURE: Vines certified in organic farming. HARVEST: Manual. Carefully sorted, VINIFICATION: Traditional Beaujolais semi-carbonic maceration without SO2 or yeast, for 24 days in truncated conical wooden vats. AGEING: In old 216 liter barrels for 9 months.

BOTTLED: Unfiltered but lightly sulphitized with bottling process.
