In 2017, Jean-Yves Péron embarked on a new project across the Alps, collaborating with organic winemakers between Asti and Monferrato. This unique Moscato spends two weeks on the skins before pressing, resulting in a bone-dry wine with noticeable tannins, full-bodied texture, and balanced acidity.
