Weissburgunder: 3 days of semi-carbonic maceration.
Müller Thurgau: 7 days of semi-carbonic maceration.
Terroir:
Weissburgunder: Grown on clay and porphyr soils in Rheinhessen.
Müller Thurgau: Cultivated on slate-rich soils in the Mosel.
Certification:
All grapes are either fully organically certified or in active conversion to organic certification.
Tasting Notes:
Bright citrus aromas, refreshing mint undertones, crisp green apple, and a touch of oxidative complexity.
