  • 80% Weissburgunder (Niklas Rückrich, Eckelsheim, Rheinhessen)

  • 20% Müller Thurgau (from our Mosel vineyard)

Winemaking:

  • Weissburgunder: 3 days of semi-carbonic maceration.

  • Müller Thurgau: 7 days of semi-carbonic maceration.

Terroir:

  • Weissburgunder: Grown on clay and porphyr soils in Rheinhessen.

  • Müller Thurgau: Cultivated on slate-rich soils in the Mosel.

Certification:
All grapes are either fully organically certified or in active conversion to organic certification.

Tasting Notes:
Bright citrus aromas, refreshing mint undertones, crisp green apple, and a touch of oxidative complexity.

Fermentation and Ageing:
Crafted with care in vessels that preserve the essence of each varietal and terroir.
