Viña San Lorenzo
Five generations of winemaking tradition. Dry-farmed País vines planted in 1767, tended by Pamela Zambrano in the heart of the Bio Bio Valley.
Pamela Zambrano continues a 250-year family legacy as the fifth generation to nurture these historic vines.
As a fifth-generation winemaker, Pamela Zambrano carries the living history of Chilean viticulture in her hands. The vineyards she tends were first planted in 1767, making them among the oldest continuously cultivated vines in the Americas.
Working within the Sur Natural association, Zambrano practices radical minimalism in both vineyard and cellar. The dry-farmed País vines—survivors of phylloxera and centuries of change—produce naturally low yields of intensely concentrated fruit.
Her approach honors the feminine lineage of the family tradition, combining intuitive vineyard knowledge with a modern commitment to natural winemaking: native fermentation, minimal sulfur, and gentle handling from vine to bottle.

Historic País Vines
Planted over 250 years ago, these own-rooted País vines have survived through dry-farming alone, fed only by winter rains and summer fogs from the Pacific. Ungrafted and unirrigated, they represent a living link to colonial Chile.
Granitic Soils
Decomposed granite and quartz provide the mineral backbone that gives these wines their distinctive earthy character and sustained acidity.
Bio Bio Valley
Cool coastal influences from the Pacific Ocean moderate temperatures in these inland valleys, creating the perfect conditions for slow-ripening País with maintained freshness and low alcohol potential.
Elegant País expressions: fresh reds and crystalline rosés from ancient vines.
