Salon des Vins Libres 2026
EARL Herzog, Mittelbergheim, Alsace
Eighteen years after its founding, the Salon des Vins Libres remains inseparable from the four names that started it all: Binner, Frick, Meyer and Schueller. What began as an Alsace-focused gathering has grown into an international touchstone for zero-input wine — still rooted in the idyllic Jardin du Biotope in Mittelbergheim.
The 2026 programme promises a festive, cross-border line-up: breweries, cideries, vinegar makers, oil mills and distilleries alongside vignerons from Italy, Spain, Germany and France. The setting is the same — the garden and courtyard of EARL Herzog on the Route d'Andlau — but the cast widens every year.
A salon where borders blur and the only rule is no additives.
