Edoardo Sacchetto – The Spirit Behind Ananda
In the volcanic hills of Colli Euganei near Padova, Edoardo Sacchetto crafts vibrant natural wines at Azienda Agricola Ananda. Since 2016, he’s farmed two hectares organically, using biodynamic methods and no chemical inputs. His vineyard, planted with Garganega, Merlot, Moscato Giallo, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, sits at 200 meters on clay-limestone-volcanic soil.
Edoardo trained with natural wine pioneers in the Rhône and Alsace before releasing his first vintage in 2020. In the cellar, he uses spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtration, and little to no sulfites. Each cuvée reflects his deep respect for nature and personal journey—from “Georgeus” (Merlot–Pinot Noir) to a skin-contact Garganega.
Rooted in local terroir and inspired by global ideas, Edoardo’s wines are fresh, textured, and full of life—sought after across Europe for their purity and character.
