Domaine de la Touraize

André-Jean and Héléana Morin run Domaine de la Touraize, a historic 9–12 hectare estate in Arbois, Jura, representing the eighth generation of the Morin family, with roots dating back to 1704. André-Jean joined his father in 1985, initially selling grapes to the local cooperative until 2009, when he began producing wines under the domaine’s label. Héléana, a former nurse, joined full-time in 2016, aiding the transition to biodynamic farming (certified in 2020). Their wines, including cuvées like Terres Bleues and Montalaboz, are made using organic practices, native yeasts, and minimal sulfur, reflecting the region’s unique soils and heritage.
