Wrong Product Received: If you have received an incorrect wine selection, please don't hesitate to contact us. You can reach out to us via email using the contact form bodegaverbier@gmail.com, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Damaged Goods: In the event that the wine bottle, label, or cork arrives in unsatisfactory condition, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours from the time of wine delivery. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly.

Open Bottles: Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns of opened wine bottles. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.

Our Wine Selection: We take pride in curating a small and thoughtfully chosen collection of wines, sourced from producers we have a strong and trusting relationship with. We regularly taste and assess the quality of the wines we feature, offering only those that meet our high standards.
