My first visit to Switzerlands premier natural wine festival in Switzerland, taken place in the center of Laussane in a warehouse. at Sev 52
The event itself changes location every year and is in it’s 3rd edition. the standard are very strict .. No sulphates in any of the wines, this is fantastic as it can be a bit embracing having to ask vinegrons all the time if they have added sulphates , to find out they only put a little in at bottling , here it’s Zero , Only swiss wines , biodynamic , and unfiltered with Natural Yeasts..and all the wine was not bad .
Orginized by wine type and not by cave was nice and logical way of doing things wines numbered from 1 to 95.
Starting with Chasselas the grape of the Vaud and Valais made into Fendant as known in the Swiss market and ending in super dark reds and then sweet wine..super orginisel and logical , nothing let to chance ..
