Cantina 12064 - La Morra - Piedmont

Not yet twenty, Dominik arrived in Piedmont and was immediately captivated by the world of viticulture. This fascination led him to pursue further studies, moving to Vienna to specialize in viticulture and oenology. After earning his degree, he gained hands-on experience in wineries across both hemispheres before returning to the Langhe in 2016. There, he crafted his first wine: Casterina—a 100% Nebbiolo made from grapes sourced from two distinct Langhe terroirs. The wine reflects his philosophy, using gentle vinification techniques and minimal soil disturbance (minimum tillage).

In 2019, Dominik crossed paths with Martina Tarditi, a local agronomist with a deep passion for viticulture, who had just returned from years of experience in France. Together, they found a shared vision for Organic and Regenerative viticulture.
