Etteilla Wines – Bio
Etteilla Wines is a small-scale natural wine and cider project rooted in Sonoma, California, founded by Anne Disabato and Noelle Vandendriessche. The duo is committed to a “zero-zero” winemaking philosophy—no additives, no sulfites, no filtering—resulting in raw, expressive wines that stay true to the vineyards and their vision.
Both Anne and Noelle apprenticed with natural wine trailblazers around the world, including Tony Coturri in Sonoma, Johan Meyer in South Africa, and Kyatt Dixon in Australia. These experiences helped shape their minimalist, terroir-driven approach. They source fruit only from organic and ethically farmed vineyards—some managed directly by them, including a Pinot Noir vineyard in their own backyard.
Etteilla’s production is intentionally small. All wines are fermented with native yeasts and crafted entirely by hand—from picking to bottling. The lineup includes pét-nats, skin-contact whites, vibrant reds, and cider—all made with energy and intention. Every bottle is a unique snapshot of season and site.
More than just a wine project, Etteilla embodies a social ethos. Anne and Noelle are outspoken about inclusivity in the wine world and actively create space for underrepresented voices, challenging the conventional norms of the industry. Their wines are shared in venues that value community, accessibility, and authenticity.
Tasting Room
Etteilla wines are poured at Dos’ Bar, a cozy natural wine and cider space just off the Sonoma Plaza. Dos’ serves as a community hub celebrating regenerative farming and progressive producers.
