Studying biodynamic agriculture in Lyon and Peru is where fanny decided that to farm and grow grapes biodynamically was the path forward.

Following the seasons, Fanny harvested and honed her skills in Chilli, New Zealand and Provence.

After Returing to Provence she does to seasons in Burgundy and Alsace before retiring to Miramama , Provence.

Producing her own vintage in 2019.
