Ugo Lestelle is a young producer in Languedoc, with an international reputation

Based in Saint-Chinian, restoring an old bothy at 550 meters above sea level. Here it was the clayey-calcareous soils with a very large percentage of silicon that cap 

Ugo has 7 hectares, all producing natural wines with carbon maceration.

Its vineyards are organically cared for, while nothing is used in the cellar other than a small percentage of sulfur in bottling.

Working only with native wine of the languedoc native vines of the area such as grenache, carignan, aramon, syrah and terret, vinifying whole cluster

carbon maceration and aging in small barrels with different woods for each cuvee.
