Jordi Renard - Maison Vulpin
Jordi Renard arrived in Switzerland in 2011, originally from the south of France and working in the hospitality industry, I embarked on a significant new challenge in 2020: producing my own wine.
Various encounters within the wine industry, particularly in natural wine, sparked a special interest in this field and led me to embrace its philosophy: savoring the fruit of nature while treating it with respect.
The fruit develops in a harmonious biodiversity where all species of fauna and flora live in symbiosis, which is essential for the healthy growth of the vine.
Producing natural wine means being present in the vineyard, connected with the elements provided by Mother Nature.
It also requires respecting living organisms by aligning vineyard tasks, such as pruning, debudding, and leaf thinning, with the lunar cycle.
