IPanduro Vinos is a natural winemaking project based in Mallorca, founded by Ibon Apezteguia and Henrik Falk. The duo began their winemaking journey in 2015, producing their first wine in 2018. They collaborate with local farmers in Felanitx and Porreres, cultivating indigenous grape varieties such as Callet and Mantonegro. Their wines are characterized by low-intervention techniques, including native yeast fermentation and minimal sulfite use, aiming to express the unique terroir of Mallorca
