Le Bois Dieu is a Brionnais estate located in the southern part of Burgundy. It is overseen by Salma and Frédéric, who, following a previous career as lawyers in Switzerland, decided to embrace the allure of this charming corner in Burgundy. Driven by their passion for wine, they acquired an ancient estate called Le Bois Dieu. Certain plots of exceptionally old Gamay grapes on the property are cultivated through organic farming and subsequently vinified in the most straightforward manner. Additionally, they have established a trading venture to vinify grapes from other regions, always adhering to organic practices. In the cellar, the wines are meticulously crafted without the use of additives or added sulfites, resulting in delightful masterpieces!
