🍏 Tasting Notes

Pale golden with delicate aromas of yellow fruit and orchard blossom. The palate evolves from citrus and mirabelle to subtle nutty notes and persistent mineral undertones. Softly textured, bright, and vivacious—perfectly food-friendly .

🍽️ Food Pairing

A graceful table white: pairs beautifully with creamy poultry dishes, Morbier cheese, delicate fish, or shellfish. Great as an aperitif too—serve at 10–12 °C.

🌟 Why We Love It

Ratapoil Blanc is cultivated by a former geography teacher turned natural vigneron. It’s a joyful, terroir-driven Jura white that balances purity, minerality, and approachability. A crowd-pleasing Jura natural to enjoy regularly.
