Seuf dê Fendant, Ô Fâya Farm

Seuf dê Fendant is a vibrant expression of Valais winemaking crafted by Ô Fâya Farm, a small biodynamic estate run by winemaker Ilona Thétaz. Nestled in the Swiss Alps, Ô Fâya Farm cultivates its vines in a diverse agricultural ecosystem where sheep, donkeys, chickens, and fruit trees coexist with the vineyard. This integrated approach enriches the soils, supports biodiversity, and reflects the estate’s philosophy of working with nature rather than against it.

Made from Fendant (also known as Chasselas), the emblematic white grape of the Valais region, Seuf dê Fendant showcases purity, freshness, and a delicate alpine character. The wine is produced with minimal intervention—often unfiltered and with very little added sulphur—allowing the natural qualities of the grape and terroir to shine through.

In the glass, Seuf dê Fendant is typically bright and lively, offering subtle aromas of pear, citrus, white flowers, and gentle mineral notes. Its crisp structure and elegant simplicity make it an ideal companion for aperitifs, light dishes, or classic Swiss specialties such as raclette and fondue.

More than just a wine, Seuf dê Fendant embodies the spirit of Ô Fâya Farm: authenticity, biodiversity, and a deep respect for the land, expressed through a clean, honest, and soulful bottle of Valais tradition.
