Tasting Notes
A vivid, aromatic Syrah showing fresh blackberries, dark cherries and purple flowers, lifted by cool-climate notes of pepper, herbs and graphite. The palate is supple yet energetic, with juicy fruit, fine tannins and a savoury finish that reflects its mountain origins. Naturally fermented, unfiltered and made with very little sulphur, Terpà stays close to the grape’s purest expression.

Ô Fâya Farm is a small, biodiverse estate in Valais led by Ilona Thétaz. Vines grow among sheep, donkeys, cows and orchards, creating a living ecosystem. The farm is Bio Suisse–certified, and every wine is made with a gentle hand: spontaneous fermentations, minimal inputs and a philosophy rooted in respect for nature.
