Antoine, originally from Marseille, studied oenology in Alsace, France. Fermented naturally in big old German wooden barrels. Hit of the DaySidra Faca nos Dentes Pedro Paiva, a cider maker from Portugal, learned to make cider from online videos. His ciders, made from wild apples in northern Portugal, stood out for being balanced and enjoyable to drink. They are naturally fermented and hand-picked from orchards, gathering attention from his time working in French vineyards. People raved about his exceptional ciders. Pre Marsala wines - Andi Manns Wines, all very good especially the Pinots and iām not a huge fan of Pinots normal unless they are from Bourgogne.
