Jas Swan hails from Mönchengladbach in Germany

A passion for natural wine began in Edinburgh, where she started her journey at a Michelin-starred restaurant while studying for a WSET course. This led her to a role as a sommelier at Dill in Iceland, the countries first Michelin starred restaurant.

Katla Wines

She cultivates 0.4 hectares of her own vineyards on the slopes of the Mosel Valley. Her wines are often a blend of various grape varieties and regions, crafted in collaboration with friends like Christine Pieroth of Piri Naturel in Nahe, Lukas Kraus in Pfalz, Andi Mann, and Nicklas Rückrich in Rheinhessen.
