Since 2020, the Franquette association, with its unique, inclusive, and demanding approach to gastronomy, has welcomed over 45,000 food enthusiasts to its table during the first three editions of the Franquette festival. Today, the association aims once again to champion a vision of responsible nutrition. Embodying sharing and exploration, "Trinquette" is envisioned as an event open to both individuals and professionals, where Loire winemakers bring forth and advocate for a lively approach to winemaking that aligns closely with the current and future challenges of food. Nantes will be the estuary, and "Trinquette" the vessel to showcase and celebrate the living wines of the Loire!
