CHF 24.00

La Vidance – Domaine Les Vins Vrais (Éric Durif)

Region: Auvergne, France (Égliseneuve-près-Billom)
Grape Blend: Co-fermented Sauvignon Blanc & Viognier (Minervois), then blended with pressed Gamay d’Auvergne
Vintage / Alcohol: 13.5% ABV (organic-conversion, Pet-Nat style)
Style: Lightly petillant natural white, aged in amphorae
Bottle Size: 750 ml

🌱 Viticulture & Vinification

Biodynamically farmed grapes are harvested and co-fermented: 2 months in amphora for Sauvignon and Viognier, pressed and blended with Gamay juice, then matured 4–6 months on fine lees in amphora. No added sulphites—just living wine magic

🍏 Tasting Notes

Pale straw color with a delicate fizz. Aromas of citrus blossom, white peach, and subtle Gamay berry spice. The palate reveals bright acidity, creamy lees texture, and a light saline finish—pure, energetic, and refreshingly natural.

🍽️ Food Pairing

Serve chilled (8–10 °C). Great as a cheerful aperitif or paired with oysters, goat cheese, grilled white fish, or fresh summer salads.
