This wine is part of Jean-Yves Péron’s “I Vicini” project—a small négociant line where he sources organically farmed grapes from old vines in Piedmont and vinifies them naturally in his Savoyard cellar.

  • 2 weeks of whole-cluster carbonic maceration

  • Indigenous yeast fermentation in neutral 300L barrels

  • Bottled unfiltered, unfined, with no added sulphites
