The vineyard is organically certified and follows biodynamic practices. The vines, which are 30 years old, grow in limestone and porphyry soil at an altitude of 150 meters. Each year, the vineyard produces around 11,000 bottles of wine. During the vinification process, the grapes are partially fermented as whole bunches and partially direct pressed. The resulting juices are then aged in large oak barrels of 2,400 liters for one year. The wine is bottled without any filtration or the addition of sulfur.
