Region: Loire Valley, France (Vin de France) 
Blend: Grolleau (~70 %), Pinot Noir (~20 %), Chenin Blanc (~10 %) 
Vintage: 2023 (current release)
Style: Light rosé, skin-contact/free-run blend
Alcohol: ~8.5% ABV

🌱 Viticulture & Winemaking

  • Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented separately: Grolleau and Pinot Noir for saignée, Chenin Blanc for direct press.

  • Native-yeast fermentation, blending post-fermentation, and stainless or fibreglass aging.

  • Bottled unfiltered, with minimal or no added sulphites
