From a Broken Moped to a Lifelong Passion

Stefano's love affair with agriculture began unexpectedly in his teenage years. After breaking his moped, he was sent to pick fruit to earn money for repairs. What started as a necessity soon became a passion. He pursued agronomy, deepening his understanding of soil and plants, and later discovered wine and gastronomy through the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo and Slow Food. His studies took him across the world, including an encounter with agroecology in Berkeley, California, where he developed a broader vision for sustainable farming.
