Naturé, the old name for Savagnin, comes from vines planted on blue and grey marl soils. Hand-harvested late to achieve optimal ripeness, it expresses the full finesse of its character. After a long and delicate pressing, fermentation occurs naturally before bottling without filtration.

This wine captivates with its surprising aromatic palette, dominated by floral notes and vibrant freshness. It pairs beautifully with seafood, white meats, and spicy curry dishes.

Domaine Ratte – Biodynamic Excellence from Arbois

Domaine Ratte is a family-run winery in Arbois, Jura, managed by Michel-Henri and Françoise Ratte, along with their son Quentin. Spanning 9 hectares across renowned vineyard sites, the estate has been biodynamic since 2010 and Demeter-certified since 2014. Committed to natural winemaking, they cultivate Jura’s emblematic grape varieties—Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard—using minimal intervention techniques. Their wines, including the acclaimed 'Grand Curoulet' Chardonnay and 'Naturé' Savagnin, are known for their purity, freshness, and terroir-driven expression.
