Philosophy
We are deeply passionate about Greek vineyards and the people who work in any capacity to promote them. ΦΥΣΙΚΑ FYSIKA highlights Greek wines from small wineries and producers who practice sustainable methods that respect the land, the environment, and people — but above all, it aims to showcase truly exceptional wine.
In addition to being a day dedicated to wine, ΦΥΣΙΚΑ FYSIKA has created a community of people who produce, drink, love, or are involved in any way with wine grown in a clean environment, free from additives, synthetic fertilizers, and pesticides, where plants and the earth flourish.
We believe that by bringing together people who share common values, our efforts are combined, and a better world — both in the wine industry and beyond — becomes a reality.
