Grape: 100% Inzolia (Ansonica), organically farmed 
Vintage: 2023
Alcohol: ~13% ABV
Bottle Size: 75 cl
Appellation: Terre Siciliane IGP

🌱 Viticulture & Vinification

  • Hand-harvested in early September in cool morning hours on loamy-clay soils.

  • Soft pressing followed by stainless-steel fermentation at ~15 °C.

  • Long maturation (~6 months) in steel with natural racking and gentle lees contact.

  • Bottled after a period of bottle ageing, unfined/unfiltered, with low SO₂

🍐 Tasting Notes

Pale straw with a greenish tinge. Aromas of exotic citrus, white flowers, and ripe pear lead to a crisp, harmonious palate. Vibrant acidity and marked sapidity reflect its volcanic-calcareous terroir. A pure, refreshing wine with strong minerality and easy drinkability .
