🌱 Viticulture & Vinification

Gamay vines are planted on terroir-rich clay-limestone soils, farmed organically with low intervention. The inclusion of Gamaret adds complexity and grip. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented co-fermented in small stainless vats with native yeasts. The wine matures briefly before bottling unfiltered, preserving vibrant fruit and freshness.

🍒 Tasting Notes

Bright ruby in color with vivid aromas of cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry. On the palate, juicy red fruit is complemented by tangy acidity and a subtle spice note—light tannins offer gentle structure and an elegant, lingering finish. A fresh, expressive Gamay with hidden depths thanks to Gamaret.
