Lukas Krauss farms biodynamically with organic certification (Bioland since 2017) on sandy soils in Lambsheim. Grapes are hand-harvested, co-fermented on native yeasts in steel tanks, then bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur

Bright and juicy, with ripe blackberry, black plum, red berry, and mountain herb aromas. A lively acidity and minerality balance out gentle tannins, making it fresh and drinkable. Some vintages may open with light sparkle, gaining energy with oxygen .
