Les Lots 2023 is a rare and expressive natural white wine from Ayent, high in the Valais Alps. A field blend of Chardonnay, Amigne, and Chasselas, it captures the alpine purity and layered complexity of this unique terroir. Fermented with native yeasts and bottled with zero added sulfites, this is a true vin vivant—alive, fresh, and untamed.

On the nose, expect notes of orchard fruit, mountain herbs, and citrus peel. The palate is both generous and precise: stone fruit, a creamy texture, and a long, salty finish from the region’s stony, high-altitude soils.
